Galena Grinder Race Report

Let me start with ... WHOA.  When we pulled up to Galena Lodge there were SO many cars.. So many cars. You would've thought it was the start of the BMT but no ... it was a measley mountain bike race. Ok, NOT measley.. this race is legendary for how damn hard it is! And, my hubby throws it together with the help of Knobby Tire Series . I was impressed! There were a lot of people from out of state, town, etc.. All here in our beautiful neck of the woods putting in their last ditch effort to qualify for Nationals! This race was the kick off event of Ride Sun Valley and it was a kick in the arse alright! I have to brag and say that we had 17 Mud Honeys racing and 3 Tween Team'ers out there!
